Though this year we have expanded our capacity, we expect registration will fill up quickly. Due to limitations on our venue’s capacity, we may not be able to accommodate everyone who wants to attend.

In response to feedback from participants at HAC 2023, this year we are including questions on our registration forms that will aid us in prioritizing participants who often are structurally excluded from events like HAC. This will not be a perfect system, but is an experiment we are excited to try.

We are again crowd-funding for travel stipends and encourage you to register regardless of your current ability to pay. To further reduce costs, confirmed attendees will gain access to a message board to organize housing shares and carpools. The suggested sliding scale donation is $0-1,000, with no one turned away for lack of funds. We will contact you to confirm your spot after registration closes. Please hold off on making travel arrangements until your registration is confirmed.
